Sarahjane and Jason – Owners

Since purchasing Auto Excellence from Tom in 2022, owners Sarahjane and Jason have focused on making the shop feel like home because it is their home away from home. Their blended family of 7 all have an active role in helping around the shop. While you may see Jason most days, you wouldn’t be surprised to see their kids installing flooring on the weekends or hear Sarahjane’s signature kiwi accent travel through the shop on a random Tuesday. They believe your experience should be positive, even if you have to be there for a less-than-ideal reason – car repair.

Nicole – Service Advisor

Nicole is the first face our customers see any day of the week. She truly is a dynamo when it comes to her customer relations, her experience, and her willingness to go the extra mile. From the Racine area, Nicole is a proud mom and wife who loves serving our customers, supporting our mechanics, and being our true right arm.
